Payment & Refund Policy

  • All sales are governed by the following conditions, except otherwise agreed in writing. By placing an order, customers will be deemed to agree with them.
  • Any concerns or complaints shall be addressed by written email/Feedback form online to vSpeeq no later than 7 days of the event.
  • You will need to pay in advance for the event. The order will be confirmed only when the payment is received.
  • When you pay for any event, vSpeeq will book the virtual meeting rooms and interpreters as well.
  • In case you wish to cancel the event/booking before order confirmation from vSpeeq, then we will refund your amount without levying any cancellation charges. However, the Credit Card and processing charges of 5% will be applicable.
  • In case you wish to cancel the event/booking after Order confirmation from vSpeeq, then you undertake to pay the following indemnity:
    • 50% of the total price, after the agreement was entered into
    • 80% of the total price, if the cancellation is done less than 1 week prior to the start date of the event
    • 100% of the total price, if the cancellation is done on the day of the event or in the middle of multiple days event
  • If you opt to issue Purchase order (OR) for any order, then please note the following:
    • The order will be in “pre-booked” stage and will be confirmed only on receiving payment in full within 24 hours of pre-booking.
    • When you select this option, ensure that the Purchase order is ready and the PO number matches with the number you will mention here and the amount matches with the calculated package amount.
    • Ensure that we are getting 10 working days to prepare for the event.
    • In case of any mismatch in the PO or if we are getting less than 10 days before the event, then the pre-booking will be automatically cancelled on lapse of 24 hours from the time of pre-booking.
  • When you cancel the event and choose to return the money to the source, then it may take 7-15 days to reflect the amount back in your source. This processing time depends on the banks and not in our control. Therefore, we are not liable to pay any interest charges for the delay.
  • In case of any disputes, they shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Republic of Ireland.
